Location: Singapore

Lazada is seeking an Affiliate Senior Associate to play a key role within the Singapore - User Growth, Affiliate Team. The Senior Associate will serve as a primary point of contact for existing and new affiliates that are seeking to utilise Lazada Affiliate Program to grow their business, with emphasis on performance in various verticals. You will help to build a trusted partnership with the key accounts and their affiliate strategy to drive high quality user acquisitions and conversion-oriented content marketing.
We’re looking for someone who is resourceful, bright, meticulous, proactive, a go-getter, works well independently and as part of a team, and who will be passionate about what she or he does in a fast-paced environment.

The Role
- Take end to end ownership of our affiliate marketing program
- Self-starter with strong project management and analytical skill, ability to navigate through ambiguity
- Be an originator of ideas and initiatives that can improve performance and help partners scale
- Identify strategic opportunities and execute campaigns that aligns to plans
- Conduct deep-dive analysis at a partner or market level to explain trends and manage the onboarding process for new affiliate partners
- Educate partners about best practices, provide actionable data-driven insights
- Interfaces with other departments internally: Tech, Product and Commercial

**Job Requirements**
- 2-5 years of relevant experience working in affiliate marketing/account management roles
- Preferably skilled in e-commerce performance marketing & digital marketing.
- Analytical and data-driven with the ability to monitor and identify trends in performance
- Ability to execute efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced technological environment
- Effective time-management and organisational skills
