**Job Title:** Senior Core Banking System Software Developer

**Overview:** We are seeking an experienced software professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions for our International Core Banking System.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement software solutions for the Core Banking System;
  • Analyze functional requirements and prepare technical specifications;
  • Code, test, validate, and implement system components;
  • Draft technical designs, unit tests, peer reviews, and integration documents;
  • Provide level 3 production support and resolve escalated issues;
  • Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and cross-functional teams;
  • Participate in technical discussions and propose best-practice solutions;
  • Ensure delivery quality across all assigned projects and tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Cobol and Pro*C;
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, programming & systems analysis, or related field;
  • Hands-on expertise in Micro Focus Cobol, C, Pro*C, shell scripting, SQL/PL-SQL, GitLab, and Oracle;
  • Strong communication skills in English, analytical and organizational abilities;
  • Proactive, autonomous, problem-solving orientation with experience in LEAN environments.
