As a customer service officer, you will be responsible for handling enquiries regarding club facilities reservations. This will involve collecting booking information, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring important notices are displayed on the notice board.
Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining compliance with ISO quality procedures in the club's operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, is also required.

Key responsibilities include:
- Handling telephone and walk-in enquiries regarding club facilities reservations.
- Collecting booking and slots, as well as administrative work for guests, members, and corporate members on a daily basis.

- Maintaining compliance with ISO quality procedures in the club's operations.
