The Role:
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Presales Consultant to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for presenting our products and services to executives and technical teams at banks and strategic enterprise partners in Asia-Pacific. Your mission will be to build trust with these stakeholders, understand their needs, and tailor solutions that meet their requirements.
Your Responsibilities:
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Delivery, and Engineering, to design intelligent and scalable payment solutions for our prospective partners.
- You will act as an expert on Wise Platform products and the payments industry, providing technical assistance and guidance to customers throughout the sales cycle.
- You will collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to ensure that our products and features meet the evolving needs of our customers.
- You will drive revenue growth and contribute to the success of our regional business development strategy.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of experience in presales or sales engineering roles, preferably in the financial services sector. You should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and business audiences.
A strong understanding of REST APIs, SWIFT, and local payment networks is essential, as well as experience working with banking systems and technologies. A university degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
