About the Role
This senior-level position requires extensive experience in sales, marketing, and business development, with a focus on EPC projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the EPC process and be able to formulate effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement short-, medium-, and long-term sales strategies for the company
- Conduct market research and gather information on potential customers and business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and pitches for clients
- Lead negotiations with customers and stakeholders to secure business deals
- Communicate with shareholders, partners, and government agencies to build trusting relationships

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Oil & Gas and/or Life-Science and infrastructure-related industry as sales
- In-depth practical knowledge and understanding of contractual practices and contracts in EPC projects
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills with the ability to think outside the box to solve problems
