We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Import/Export Coordinator to join our team. As an Import/Export Coordinator, you will be responsible for arranging import/export documentation and processes, preparing shipping documentation, and providing exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange import/export documentation and processes.
  • Prepare shipping documentation, including LC, bill of lading, and FTA agreements.
  • Provide excellent customer support, including after-sales support and following up with clients until the transaction is completed.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team for export/import shipment preparation, including cargo pick-up, shipping marks, and barcode labeling.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Send necessary information and documentation to clients, agents, sea companies, and forwarders accurately and on time.
  • Prepare profit and loss statements for each shipment.
  • Liaise and maintain good relations with agents and shipping companies.
  • Perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE N or O level / Diploma in any discipline.
  • Responsible, positive attitude, able to work independently and as a team player.
  • Preferably with Logistics/Shipping/Freight Forwarding experience.
