Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to drive strategic decision-making across regional operations.

The successful candidate will lead financial planning and analysis activities, including variance analysis, trend identification, and scenario modelling to inform business growth strategies.

  • Provide insightful financial reports to senior management on revenue, cost, and margin drivers, partnering with business units to evaluate the financial impact of initiatives.
  • Manage regional budget and forecast consolidation, preparing detailed decks and supporting the implementation of group-wide planning frameworks.
  • Monitor financial performance against plans, flagging key deviations early and ensuring timely follow-up actions at the country level.
  • Optimize reporting workflows and templates for consistency, supporting local teams with reporting systems and driving process improvements.
  • Lead cross-market finance initiatives, reinforcing internal controls and acting as the regional point of contact for global finance counterparts.
  • Coordinate monthly close across markets, compiling regional performance results and delivering clear, data-driven analysis to senior stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with professional certifications highly regarded.
  • At least 7+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or business partnering, preferably in a regional or multi-country environment.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting tools, with advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data visualisation tools an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work across functions and geographies.
