Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly student enrollment goals in collaboration with the admissions team.
  • Forecast and analyze data to inform strategic decision-making and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Establish functional objectives aligned with organizational goals, ensuring seamless integration with school-wide initiatives.
  • Manage end-to-end marketing and sales strategy across defined territories, adhering to budgeted numbers.
  • Regularly review and update CRM/Hubspot data to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Conduct training and knowledge enhancement sessions on sales tools and counseling techniques to enhance team performance.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales goal achievement, preferably in an educational setting.
