Job Title: Research Director, CX

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Research Director to lead our CX service line in Singapore. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strong client relationships, and delivering high-quality research solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Lead and manage research projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Contribute to the development of thought leadership and best practices in CX
  • Collaborate with the CX Service Line Lead to achieve business objectives and goals

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in market research, with a strong track record of business development and client relationship management
  • Proven ability to lead and manage research projects, teams, and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Strong knowledge of CX research methodologies and technologies
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
