Travel Advisor Role

We are seeking a skilled Travel Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the travel industry and be able to provide expert advice and planning services to clients.

The role involves creating customized itineraries based on client preferences and requirements, providing accurate information about destinations, visa requirements and travel insurance, preparing detailed travel documents, and ensuring seamless travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized travel plans that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Provide timely and accurate information about destinations, travel requirements and documentation.
  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels and other travel providers to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in corporate ticketing.
  • Excellent knowledge of travel industry practices and reservation systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales and service-oriented mindset.
