Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer for Semiconductor Operations

Are you a skilled engineer looking to take on a challenging role in semiconductor manufacturing?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our die attach and moulding machines.

About the Role:
As a Manufacturing Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to perform machine and process setup, as well as troubleshooting and mechanical alignment. You will work closely with cross-functional departments to resolve functional, safety, quality, and productivity-related issues and improvements. Your goal will be to ensure that high-quality products are manufactured on schedule within customer requirements.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have processed basic technical knowledge in machine set up and troubleshooting. A minimum of 2 years' experience in semi-con production is required, with preferably 2 years of hands-on experience in machine set-up and troubleshooting of die attach bonder. Additionally, you must be willing to work in a cleanroom environment, wearing jumpsuits, safety helmets, and safety shoes (only at customer side). Finally, you should be able to travel overseas when needed.
