**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure seamless cooperation between the core factory infrastructure and the production execution system (SiView).
- Define precise specifications for tools and monitors to facilitate full automation and successfully meet established goals.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that robotic workstations, detection instruments, and database tools adhere to standards and meet goals.
- Establish and enhance planning capabilities to optimize fab capacities to meet customer requirements efficiently.
- Drive the implementation of processes towards achieving 100% automation and 0% deviation escape goals in the 12-inch fab.

**Education Qualification & Essential Experiences**:

- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
- Strong understanding of semiconductor technology is preferable.
- Knowledge of CIM, Full Automation, and Quality Management.
- Proficient in at least one of the following programming languages: C, C++, C#, Java, or Python.
- Proficiency in utilising SiView and Factorywork systems.

**Personal Attributes**:

- May need to travel to Taiwan for a training period lasting 6 to 9 months.
- Display agility in responding to changing priorities and effectively managing multiple projects.
- Able to work individually while also effectively collaborating with team members.
- Have the drive to achieve goals and complete tasks independently.
- Proficient in effectively conveying information through both written and verbal communication.
- Open to taking on challenging tasks and embracing new opportunities.
