Job Title: Senior Executive, Finance

Sephora is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive, Finance to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing and ensuring timely, accurate month-end closing and year-end closing, including review and submission of financial statements and management reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and year-end closing, including review and submission of financial statements and management reports.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and commentaries.
  • Prepare monthly cash flow reports and variance analysis.
  • Support in preparation of budget and forecast.
  • Manage capex expenditure and tracking.
  • Review and submission of GST reports.
  • Liaise with external auditor in statutory audit and ensure compliance of statutory reporting.
  • Liaise with corporate secretary and manage corporate secretarial matters.
  • Liaise with tax agent in company income tax matters.
  • Assist in internal audit.
  • Handle finance daily operations, including liaising with various internal and external parties on finance-related matters.
