Software Quality Assurance Specialist

Our organization is seeking a skilled Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications through rigorous testing and quality assurance practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks for SaaS-based applications.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, including end-to-end testing of integrations and validation across different environments.
- Conduct performance testing to identify bottlenecks, analyze metrics, and provide optimization recommendations.
- Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines and implement continuous testing practices.
- Plan and execute security testing activities, including penetration testing and vulnerability assessments.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years' experience in exploratory testing and regression test automation.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills, including tactfulness and effective communication.
- Experience with agile development environment and relevant testing tools.
