Secure Quantum Systems Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security professional to lead the migration of our organization's cryptographic systems to quantum-resistant technologies. This role will guide the development and execution of a comprehensive strategy, collaborating with external partners and industry experts to ensure a seamless transition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth assessments of cryptographic systems and infrastructure, identifying weaknesses and quantum-related risk exposures.
- Design evaluation frameworks and tools to guide migration efforts, ensuring the adoption of best practices and standards.
- Collaborate with industry partners to establish aligned, scalable approaches to quantum-safe deployment, driving organizational resilience.
- Provide expert advice to senior leaders on cryptographic risks, mitigation strategies, and the strategic implications of quantum-safe technologies.
- Represent the organization in industry forums, sharing insights and influencing thought leadership in the quantum-safe domain.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years focused on cryptographic systems.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Technical Expertise: Deep competence in cryptographic protocols, key management, PKI.
- Architecture Skills: Solid understanding of software, network, and system architecture.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, OSCP or equivalent.
