Etching Process Engineer Opportunity

The role involves working with cutting-edge technology and collaborating with a talented team to drive innovation and excellence in etching process engineering.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage automated chemical surface treatment and equipment operation, including the procurement, maintenance, and inventory of etching consumables, jigs, and fixtures.
  • Develop and implement effective production strategies to meet or exceed established key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Closely collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to provide production support and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure smooth operations and high-quality output.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in chemical, etching, or metallization surface treatment processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is required to support interactions with Chinese-speaking colleagues and clients.

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with industrial processes such as copper/nickel plating, plastic plating, and aluminum oxidation or chemical conversion.
  • Knowledge of plasma etch, SOPs, treatment, technical inspection, and process control.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and optimize processes.
