Job Title: Global Operations Director

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our global operations in various Asian markets.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders across multiple countries.
  • Develop and implement strategies for inventory control, procurement, and logistics management.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 20 years of experience in operations management, preferably in an international environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing remote teams and developing effective business partnerships.
  • Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience with inventory control software, such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Knowledge of Asian languages, including Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian, Malay, and Burmese.
Working Conditions
  • Willingness to work on Saturdays.
  • Ability to start work immediately or within a short notice period (less than a month).
