About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as Assistant Executive Director (Administration and Operations). This senior leadership role will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our organisation and ensuring its continued success in delivering excellent eldercare services.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the Executive Director to develop and implement organisational strategies, ensuring alignment with our mission and goals.
  2. Operational Excellence: Oversee the effective management of administrative and operational functions, including HR, Finance, IT, and Facility Management.
  3. People & Organizational Development: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting the growth and development of staff members.
  4. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, healthcare partners, and the broader community.
  5. Visionary Planning: Drive innovation and improvement, anticipating and responding to changing needs and trends in the eldercare sector.

Qualifications

We are looking for a visionary leader with experience in driving organisational change and improving service delivery. The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Proven leadership experience, ideally within healthcare, social services, or business administration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions in complex situations.
  • A collaborative approach, demonstrating the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for presenting information and influencing others.
  • Emotionally intelligent with strong personal values, capable of leading by example and inspiring others.
  • At least an academic degree from a reputable university.
