Client Service Specialist

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

The Client Service Specialist will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of premier corporate clients, providing professional advice, handling enquiries, complaints, and resolving discrepancies and transaction errors in a timely and efficient manner.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to provide end-to-end query resolution to client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality client service in response to client enquiries and complaints, building improved and lasting relationships with clients.
  • Responsible for client satisfaction with service arrangement and delivery.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to provide end-to-end query resolution to client satisfaction.
  • Effective service recovery process through complaint logging and handling.
  • Log and manage all service interactions within GEMS or other relevant systems.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in banking, finance, or a related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
  • Confident in presenting and reviewing services with clients.
