This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
The Client Service Specialist will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of premier corporate clients, providing professional advice, handling enquiries, complaints, and resolving discrepancies and transaction errors in a timely and efficient manner.
The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to provide end-to-end query resolution to client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality client service in response to client enquiries and complaints, building improved and lasting relationships with clients.
- Responsible for client satisfaction with service arrangement and delivery.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to provide end-to-end query resolution to client satisfaction.
- Effective service recovery process through complaint logging and handling.
- Log and manage all service interactions within GEMS or other relevant systems.
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in banking, finance, or a related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
- Confident in presenting and reviewing services with clients.
