Job Title:
Debt Recovery Specialist

Overview:
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and be proactive in resolving customer queries. A background in credit control or debt recovery would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
• Follow up on overdue accounts with customers via phone calls, emails or letters to ensure timely payment.
  • Collaborate with internal and external debt collectors on outstanding payments.
  • Generate accurate AR statements and prepare aging analysis to comply with company policies.
  • Monitor customer credit limits and promptly report any delinquencies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Credit control or debt recovery experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
