Job Title: Tech Support Specialist

A role that requires effective management of technology tickets impacting group businesses across multiple subsidiaries and territories in Asia Pacific, Europe and North America.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage technology ticketing impacting group businesses across all subsidiaries and 19 countries and territories in Asia Pacific, Europe and North America.
  2. Collaborate with end users, IT support staff and vendors to ensure timely ticketing of issues reports and requests being made.
  3. Perform varied tasks such as attending user calls, raising tickets in Remedy, managing complex IT queries and requests in a matrix environment or Operational Line experience.
  4. Maintain above-average and exceptional written and oral communication skills throughout the process.
  5. Possess understanding of one or more of the following disciplines: Open Systems, Mainframe, Storage, Network, Web/Application/Middleware services, Service Management functions, or Application Development.
  6. Hold ITIL Foundation certification, which is preferred but not required.
