Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Tech Support Specialist. This position involves performing regular checks in inventory software systems to ensure accurate records, conducting routine repairs and maintenance of equipment, and maintaining a well-organized tool room through 5S initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and have experience working with inventory systems. A Class 3 driving license is also required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum National ITE Certificate (NITEC) in Engineering or relevant field
  • A minimum 1 year of working experience in tooling and vehicle maintenance, with expertise in inventory systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • A valid Class 3 driving license
