Project Coordinator Job Opportunity

Job Summary:

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning and execution of projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Coordinate and plan projects using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and other relevant tools.
  • Provide regular project updates and progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil and Structural Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in construction planning, preferably with a strong contractor background.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Proficient in Primavera P6 and other scheduling software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, handling fast-paced projects effectively.

  • Experience in coordinating projects of similar scale, complexity, and nature.
  • Risk assessment and quality management expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques.
  • Familiarity with approval processes and estimates.
  • Ability to work with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and engineers.

Work Environment:

The successful candidate will be stationed on-site full-time, working closely with our team to deliver high-quality projects.
