Job Summary">


  • Supports in the tender exercise through planning of work execution sequence and value engineering proposals.


The role requires the ability to prepare master programs for projects, ensure project quality plans are implemented at site, and monitor works to guarantee compliance with project requirements.

In addition, this position involves preparing method statements, coordinating with safety teams for risk assessments, liaising with relevant authorities, conducting site inspections and internal audits, and ensuring proper document systems are implemented for data traceability.

  • Experience in construction planning is essential, particularly with building-related facilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office software for presentations and Microsoft Project for submissions to clients during the tender and project execution phase is required.

A diploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or an equivalent field is also necessary for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare master programs (Excel / MS Project) for projects.
  • Develop and implement project quality plans.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and internal audits to ensure target work quality is achieved.
  • Prepare method statements and coordinate with safety teams for risk assessments.
  • Liaise and apply with relevant authorities for statutory requirements.
  • Ensure proper document systems are implemented for data traceability.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/ Construction management or equivalent.
  • Well-versed in MS Office software for presentations and Microsoft Project for submissions to client during tender & project execution phase.
