Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the recruitment strategy for our organization. They will be responsible for developing and implementing creative strategies to attract top talent from across the region, particularly in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire recruitment cycle for our organization across Southeast Asia, with a focus on Singapore.
  • Design and implement innovative strategies to engage candidates through job boards, social media, and other platforms.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure alignment on recruitment needs and expectations.
  • Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline that aligns with our organizational objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights into the recruitment market and optimizing processes.
  • Foster a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 0.5 to 3 years of proven recruitment experience, preferably in Life Sciences or IT.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including LinkedIn and ATS systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively assess candidates' skills and align them with business needs.
  • High degree of independence, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to drive tasks to completion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Adaptability and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.
