Job Description

As a key member of our Board Secretariat team, you will be responsible for managing and facilitating Board-related matters. Your role will involve organizing events, managing stakeholders, and providing administrative support.

  • Event Organisation: Assist in the organisation of Board events, which may include meetings, retreats, etc.
  • Stakeholder Management: Assist in the management of Board members, which may include the on and off-boarding of Board members, coordination of attendance, etc.
  • Administration: Assist in Records and Knowledge management activities which may include meetings, reports generation, activity tracking, etc.
  • Timely documentation of work completed.
  • Any other tasks/projects as assigned
Required Skills and Qualifications

Our ideal candidate should have:

  • Trained in any discipline. Minimum Diploma
  • New Graduates are welcome to apply. Individuals with some working experience or up to two years' experience will be advantageous
  • Good stakeholder management and effective communication skills
  • Good organisational, planning and execution abilities
  • Meticulous, self-motivated, a good team player who can work independently
