Key Solution Architect Role

We are seeking a skilled Solution Architect to contribute to our technology team.

  • Primary Responsibilities:
  • Design comprehensive banking system architectures, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and business objectives.
  • Lead the development of scalable microservices and APIs using Java and modern integration techniques.
  • Define and implement middleware strategies for seamless communication between distributed systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Evaluate and recommend cloud-native architectures and services (AWS, Azure, GCP) for banking workloads.
  • Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory standards in all solution designs.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and support teams.
  • Conduct architecture reviews, performance assessments, and risk analysis for critical banking systems.
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in solution architecture, with a strong background in Java and microservices development.
  • Proven experience in designing and integrating RESTful APIs and middleware solutions.
  • Solid understanding of banking systems, including core banking, payments, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native design principles.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and best development practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly.
