Job Title: Reliability and Quality Manager

We are seeking an experienced Reliability and Quality Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Data Center Engineering team, you will be responsible for managing a team that supports the quality of AWS Data Center Infrastructure equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team that supports quality improvement projects and leverages vendors.
  • Develop and implement quality control plans, processes, and procedures.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with data center infrastructure equipment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and improve overall quality.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a supplier-facing quality or reliability management role.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Graduate degree in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
