JR50821 Quality & Reliability Sr Engineer (Managed NAND)

As a NVM Quality Reliability Assurance Engineer, in the Global quality group at Micron Semiconductor Asia, you will be responsible for conducting electrical failure analysis from products undergoing qualification and reliability testing for Micron’s leading edge next generation non-volatile memory devices, in particular for Managed NAND products. You will perform electrical failure analysis and data analysis to ensure Micron’s devices meet all outgoing quality and reliability requirements. In particular, your role will involve failure analysis of units from System Quality and Reliability tests.

**Responsibilities and Tasks**:

- Perform Failure Analysis (FA) of rejects from Quality and Reliability Trials
- Perform initial FA, including debugging data capture and analysis
- Perform Automated Test Equipment (ATE) analysis and interpret results
- Perform detailed fault isolation once failure has been confirmed
- Collaborate with cross-functional resources and support groups to identify root cause and corrective action
- Summarize findings and submit for Component / Firmware / Module FA
- Provide FA Diagnostic Reports to Internal Customers
- Summarize analysis at electrical and physical level at consolidated database like JIRA
- Manage Communication of FA Results to Internal Teams

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related field
- Experience in working with Non-Volatile Memory System products such as Solid State Drives(NVMe) and/or Managed NAND products (UFS or eMMC) would be an advantage

**Experience**:
**Relevant experience includes applied knowledge in the areas of -**
- Electrical Failure Analysis of memory products
- SSD or Managed NAND system products
