Senior Process Analyst
">A senior process analyst is required to lead and improve data governance processes in a large organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in process analysis, user-centric optimization, and change management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Map and document business processes to understand how data is created, used, and managed.
- Analyze data flows using tools like CRUD matrices (Create, Read, Update, Delete) and customer journey maps to identify inefficiencies and propose targeted improvements.
- Align workflows with master data and metadata management frameworks to ensure consistency and integration.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be able to:
- Develop and implement change management strategies to support the adoption of data governance practices across the organization.
- Act as a change agent and collaborate with division data stewards to help staff and stakeholders understand, embrace, and integrate new data governance processes and tools.
- Design, develop, and conduct training programs and workshops on data governance topics, including data quality, metadata management, and data governance policies.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A good bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as business, technology, or engineering.
- At least 8 years of working experience, with 2 years in a managerial capacity in business analysis, process improvement, change management, or data governance.
- Certification in adult learning and change management methodologies is an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and conducting training programs or workshops.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders and explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Knowledge of change management strategies and the ability to manage transitions effectively.
- Knowledge of training methodologies and the ability to translate complex concepts into accessible materials.
