
Strategic Sales Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Sales Growth Manager to join our team. As the front of the company, you will be responsible for driving sustainable financial growth through strategic sales initiatives and forging strong relationships with clients.
The goal is to boost sales and revenue while maintaining customer satisfaction. You will develop a comprehensive sales strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arranging business meetings with prospective clients
- Promoting our products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
- Preparing sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keeping records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Providing trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers
To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Ability to work well under pressure
- Knowledge of the latest technology and trends within the industry

- Willingness to stay updated on industry trends
- Experience in training and mentoring staff
- Relevant degree or diploma or minimum three years relevant work experience
