We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team at Trust Recruit Pte. Ltd. as a Customer Service Representative in the beauty industry.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, have strong interpersonal skills, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for driving top-line store sales and growth by personally selling to customers, creating enthusiasm for selling strategies, and contributing to a sales-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive top line store sales and growth through personal sales to customers
  • Create enthusiasm for selling strategies by inspiring and supporting peers
  • Proactively engage with customers, read cues, and respond effectively
  • Work in a fast-paced retail environment with a 5-day workweek and 9-hour shifts (including a 1-hour lunch break)
  • Display expert product knowledge and take initiative to elevate personal and peer knowledge of product categories
  • Meet minimum monthly sales target

Benefits and Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary range of $35,000 SGD per annum, commensurate with experience.
