Global Marketing and Sales Expansion

The role of International Marketing and Business Development Manager is pivotal in amplifying brand presence, driving revenue growth, and establishing SJ Low Bros' foothold in the global market.

This position requires a strategic approach to both sales and business expansion, ensuring sustainable growth and competitiveness in the food industry.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Market Penetration: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in supermarkets, retail stores, food service providers, and wholesale markets locally and regionally.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners to drive long-term business growth.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and promotional deals with buyers and key stakeholders.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer preferences.
  • Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales & marketing performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve effectiveness.
  • Brand Identity: Establish and enhance SJ Low Bros' brand identity through consistent messaging, packaging, and positioning in the market.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and events.
  • Marketing Budgeting: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while maximizing ROI.
  • Event Representation: Organize and attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to represent the brand, generate leads, and expand market reach.
  • In-Store Promotions: Plan and execute in-store promotions, product sampling, and merchandising activities to increase brand visibility and consumer engagement.
  • Sales Training: Provide training to sales staff on marketing strategies, sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement best practices.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management to track progress and guide decision-making.
Growth Strategies:
  • Market Share Expansion: Develop and implement growth strategies to expand SJ Low Bros' market share, both locally and internationally.
  • New Business Opportunities: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including potential partnerships, joint ventures, and distribution agreements.
  • Distribution Channel Expansion: Expand distribution channels by securing new retailers, food service providers, and wholesalers.
  • International Market Expansion: Explore international market expansion opportunities and navigate regulatory requirements for exporting products.
  • Industry Partnerships: Build relationships with key industry players, including suppliers, government agencies, and food industry organizations.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Negotiate strategic partnerships to enhance brand presence and increase market penetration.
