We are seeking a highly skilled Banking and Trade Finance Professional to join our team at Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. as a Bank Admin Assistant. This is a 4-month contract position that requires strong expertise in trade finance, commodity management, and banking operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Trade Finance Operations: Process commodity import LC issuances, amendments, and related import LC bills for acceptances and payments.
  • Commodity Guarantee Management: Process commodity guarantee issuances, amendments, and related claim payments.
  • Corporate Funded and Unfunded Risk Participations: Handle corporate funded and unfunded risk participations and bank refinancing.
  • Know Your Customer (KYC) Validation: Perform KYC validation and Anti-money Laundering Checks on corporate and commodity trade finance transactions.
  • Trade Finance Transaction Processing: Input trade finance transactions, payment, and other SWIFT messages.
  • Customer Support: Attend to customer queries on trade finance activities covered.
Requirements
  • Education: Minimum Diploma and above.
  • Technical Skills: Conversant in Microsoft Word and Excel.
