Regulatory Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Specialist to lead our regulatory engagement and licensing initiatives across Singapore and other jurisdictions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end regulatory license applications, ensuring timely preparation, submission, and follow-up with relevant authorities.
  • Conduct thorough regulatory mapping and gap assessments against evolving requirements.
  • Draft and review license-related documentation and responses to regulator queries.
  • Design, implement, and maintain robust compliance policies, procedures, standards, and internal controls to ensure adherence to local and cross-border regulatory obligations.
  • Stay up-to-date on regulatory developments, particularly in the digital asset/crypto space, and proactively advise senior management and relevant departments.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Business, IT, Product, and Operational Units, as well as external stakeholders, such as consultants, counsel, and regulators.
  • Develop and deliver compliance training programs to foster awareness and reinforce a strong compliance culture throughout the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in regulatory compliance within financial institutions; experience in fintech, digital assets, or crypto-related businesses is highly advantageous.
  • Deep understanding of Singapore's regulatory landscape, particularly MAS guidelines.
