Job Description

As a skilled Barista, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of food service.

  • Determine customer coffee desires and present the coffee drink menu in a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks using established recipes and preparation techniques.
  • Sell and serve baked goods and miscellaneous food items to customers in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Ensure all food counters and displays are clean and tidy at all times.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly and efficiently to customer requests and concerns.
  • Handle customer feedback in a professional and diplomatic manner, reporting any issues to management as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and recipes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
