Job Title: Coffee Service Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Coffee Service Professional to join our team. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with bar duties, restocking the bar area, and ensuring that all necessary supplies are readily available. You will also be required to learn about menu items, memorize cocktail recipes, and maintain knowledge of alcohol, wine, and cocktails.


Responsibilities Include:
  • Assisting with opening and closing duties, including restocking the bar area and ensuring that all necessary supplies are available.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including wiping down surfaces, sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash receptacles.
  • Learning about menu items and memorizing cocktail recipes to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Taking orders, preparing drinks, bussing tables, opening tabs, and processing payments during peak hours.
  • Performing barista duties, maintaining the coffee machine, grinder, and other related tools.
  • Maintaining knowledge and experience in alcohol, wines, and cocktails will be an advantage.
  • Providing excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and handling complaints in a professional manner.
  • Maintaining records and reporting levels of usage to assist in reordering process and ensuring delivered items are stored properly.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and time management skills, be efficient, reliable, and perceptive. You should also have knowledge of menu items and be able to work well under pressure.
