  • Manage and support Microsoft Power Platform applications, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Respond to and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
  • Collaborate with end-users within the organisation to understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of support activities, solutions provided, and client interactions.
  • Assist with the deployment and management of software and hardware upgrades.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Windows systems and Microsoft Power Platform applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions.

**Essential Qualifications and Certifications:**

  • Diploma or higher qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals).

**Preferred Experience and Knowledge:**

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, providing technical support for Windows systems and Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
