We are seeking an accomplished Software Systems Developer to enhance our internal technology infrastructure.

Job Description:

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop, improve and maintain our CRM systems, Billing & Accounting systems, and other applications. You will work closely with the internal IT team to understand business processes and operations, creating solutions that meet evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new systems to meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify their needs and translate them into technical solutions
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment
  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable code
  • Create and maintain technical documentation
  • Troubleshoot and debug software issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
  • Provide technical guidance to junior developers
  • Demonstrate leadership qualities and coordinate with cross-functional teams
  • Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients
  • Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of .NET web framework (3, 4.5 and above)
  • Proficiency in MVC 5, React, Angular
  • Strong understanding of frontend technologies such as JavaScript, Bootstrap, JQuery, HTML
  • Proficient in C# and/or VB.NET, with a good knowledge of their ecosystems
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server and IIS Server
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming
  • Familiarity with dot net Core Web API and dot net Core
  • Ability to write reusable libraries
  • Knowledge of various design and architectural patterns
  • Familiarity with Windows Presentation Framework
  • Experience in creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
  • Experience implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as SVN and Git
  • Strong problem-solving skills
