Job Title: Chief Technology OfficerOverview:

The Chief Technology Officer is responsible for leading the organization's technology function to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient operations across all systems, applications, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technology Infrastructure and Systems Management
    • Design, implement, and maintain technology infrastructure, platforms, and applications.
    • Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of network and system operations.
    • Oversee preventive maintenance schedules and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
    • Provide technical expertise and support for complex issues escalated by the team.
    • Deploy advanced technology solutions to enhance the member experience and improve service delivery.
  • Technology Policy and Governance
    • Develop, review, and maintain policies, standards, and procedures in line with corporate guidelines and industry best practices.
    • Ensure robust technology security to safeguard systems, data, and information assets against risks and vulnerabilities.
  • Technology Operations and Support
    • Oversee the maintenance and support of POS machines and other critical business applications.
    • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the Club Application and introduce new features to support departmental objectives.
    • Liaise with end-users and vendors to implement system enhancements, modifications, and issue resolution.
    • Ensure departments maximize the use of Club Applications and technology.
