Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, from posting job listings to scheduling interviews.

You will also manage employee records, ensure data accuracy, and provide support in onboarding new hires and conducting orientation sessions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Human Resources or Business or similar relevant field
  • Minimum of 1 year relevant experience
  • Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Proficient in using Workday
  • Good team player and adaptable to a dynamic environment
  • Pleasant personality, good interpersonal and Communications skills
