Senior People Strategy Lead

We are seeking a Senior People Strategy Lead to join our organization. This role will be responsible for driving key strategic initiatives across the globe.
- This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter and independent thinker with exceptional analytical and communication skills to make a meaningful impact.
- The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, as well as the ability to synthesize and communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
This role will involve facilitating and managing cross-functional deep-dives and special projects on business gaps/cases issued by the SVP People & Talent.
You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure they are well-informed of their roles in each project and negotiate timelines to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
The successful candidate will also prepare and update materials for business reviews and related activities, highlighting progress towards goals, key risks, and dependencies.
This is a great opportunity to take a data-driven approach to ensure the overall healthiness of the organization.
Requirements- A minimum of 5-12 years of experience in a fast-growing tech startup or top-tier strategy/management consulting firm or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- A self-starter who can identify and prioritize opportunities to focus on.
