Job Title: Executive/Senior Manager, Human Resource

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive/Senior Manager, Human Resource to join our team at the Building and Construction Authority (BCA). As a key member of our Human Resource compensation and benefits team, you will be responsible for managing payroll and compensation-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the payroll outsourced partner to ensure accurate and timely payroll administration, CPF submission, tax filing, and other payroll-related activities such as secondment billings
  • Perform compensation activities (e.g. uploading of monthly payments and deductions), computations of variable salary components and WICA claims
  • Manage payroll-related inquiries and issues, providing timely responses and effective solutions
  • Manage pensions liability and payment schedule for retired pensioners
  • Prepare payroll-related reports for management, government agencies, and auditors as required
  • Support department budget planning process and maintenance of records system
Requirements:
  • Tertiary education with at least 5 years of payroll experience
  • Experience in using Workday and Excelity
  • Good knowledge of pay-related legislations
  • Independent, meticulous, resourceful, good interpersonal skills, and methodical

Successful candidates will be offered contract employment.
