Your Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm. Enjoy extra overtime compensation. You will thrive in our dynamic work environment, balancing challenges and ease while serving high-net-worth clients.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support front-line sales consultants by reviewing and preparing documents.
- Deliver tailored services to meet client needs, focusing on document preparation.
- Ensure timely submission of client application and immigration documents.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure seamless processing.
- Join local site visits to explore client needs and potential programs.
- Lead your team to achieve client objectives.
- Promote our programs across various social media platforms (Facebook, WeChat, etc.).
Requirements:
- Hold a minimum diploma or degree qualification
- Exhibit ability to multitask within a fast-paced team environment
- Showcase quick thinking and resourcefulness when dealing with job complexities
- Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Display good planning and organizational abilities
- Note that the company does not currently support work pass applications.
Important Details:
- Full-time employment, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Basic pay staff have opportunities for up to 12 times annual salary increments
- Internal job transfers and promotions are highly encouraged
