The Role
We are seeking an experienced Trade Finance Assistant to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of LC / SBLC / Bank guarantee applications and shipping documents for LC Transactions. You will also provide exceptional customer service by liaising with customers to ensure prompt payment and clarifying payment procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of LC / SBLC / Bank guarantee applications and shipping documents for LC Transactions
  • Liaise with customers to ensure prompt payment & clarify payment procedures
  • Update spreadsheets for LC, invoicing & payment records
  • Process Bank Advisors to respective business departments and accounting team
  • Miscellaneous paperwork including filing, photocopying, and distributing documents to relevant departments.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or Finance and at least 3 years of relevant accounting experience. Team players who are responsible and interested in delivering high-quality results are encouraged to apply.
