As a key member of our team, the Patient Information Associate plays a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless interactions for visitors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting and guiding visitors, assisting with self-registration at kiosks or counters, and helping visitors navigate to inpatient wards. This includes providing clear directions around our campus, responding to general inquiries, and offering assistance at our counters.
In addition, this role requires effective communication skills, reliability, and a proactive team player mindset to manage entry during non-visiting hours by clearly explaining our visiting policies.
- Valid experience in a customer-facing role is highly valued;
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential;
- Reliable and proactive team players who value service excellence are preferred;
- Proficiency in working in a fast-paced environment under pressure is crucial;
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are necessary;
- Adopting a problem-solving mindset to assist/resolving issues proactively and promptly is essential.
The ideal candidate will have minimally NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Service Skills, and at least 1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Office) and IT-savviness are also required.
