Key Restaurant Team Member

Job Overview:
As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless customer experiences across our restaurant. Your responsibilities will include point-of-sale management, inventory control, and performance of ad-hoc duties as required.
Cashiering Operations
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to cash handling protocols.
- Maintain balanced cash registers and reconcile sales at the end of each shift.
- Provide customers with receipts and accurate change when necessary.
Restaurant Operations
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Prepare and assemble food items according to established quality standards.
- Follow strict hygiene and safety protocols in food handling and preparation.
Ad-Hoc Duties
- Assist senior staff members as required.
- Perform general operational duties as needed.
Fundamental skills for this role include Food Safety, Housekeeping, Food Quality, Sanitation, Selling, Communication, Customer Satisfaction, Teamwork, and Customer Service skills.
This position requires strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and a proactive approach to maintaining high-quality service standards.
