Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Freight Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and preparing and sharing proposals and quotes that meet client needs.

  • As a Freight Sales Professional, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, negotiating sales contracts, and achieving sales targets and performance goals set by the department.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support sales and business growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities in air and sea freight to expand the client base.
  • Prepare and share proposals and quotes that meet client needs.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales contracts that benefit both the client and the company.
  • Manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and long-term cooperation.
  • Assist clients with shipment tracking, documents, and any questions about operations.
  • Collaborate with teams like operations, customs, and logistics to deliver seamless services.
Requirements
  • Possess at least 1 year's experience in a similar position.
  • Demonstrate ability to identify and secure new accounts.
  • Show strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
