Condominium Management Position

This is an exceptional opportunity to take on a leadership role in condominium management. As a Condominium Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the building or condominium.

You will supervise and coordinate all maintenance and administrative staff assigned to the building or condominium, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate management and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

They will also have the ability to handle pressure and multiple tasks, as well as display good administrative and computer literacy.

In addition, the successful candidate will be conversant in Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act and will be able to lead a team of personnel providing maintenance, finance, security, fire safety, and car park management.

The following are the key responsibilities of this position:

  • Fully responsible for the day-to-day operation of the building/condominium.
  • Supervise and coordinate all maintenance and administrative staff assigned to the building/condominium.
  • Carry out all maintenance functions to the highest standard expected for the client and the subsidiary proprietors.
  • Lead a team of personnel providing maintenance, finance, security, fire safety, and car park management.
  • Evaluate contract works and routine servicing according to contractual agreements.
  • Review and recommend renewal or tendering of contracts, agreements, and insurance.
  • Coordinate council meetings and general meetings.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Possess Estate Management diploma/degree (preferred).
  • Be conversant in Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act.
  • Exhibit strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and multiple tasks.
  • Display good administrative and computer literacy.
  • Maintain a mature and outgoing personality.
