Job Overview

Coordinate the scheduling of flypacks and outdoor broadcasting equipment to maximize utilization. Collaborate with sales, engineering, and delivery teams to balance competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule flypacks and OB equipment efficiently
  • Understand functional differences and similarities between solutions
  • Communicate availability to stakeholders
  • Maintain updated schedules

Collaboration and Communication

  • Work closely with sales department to maximize revenue opportunities
  • Collaborate with logistics team for clarity on timelines and locations
  • Support finance team with forecasts as requested

Position Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work unsupervised for most day-to-day responsibilities
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in cross-functional environment managing time-critical services dependent on equipment delivery
  • At least 2 years experience in broadcast television and logistics
  • Quick learner who is not afraid to ask questions
  • Adaptable to new processes and software applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
